Privacy Policy

Albertastudio collects only the personal information strictly necessary to provide our SaaS products and services. This may include:

• Account data: Full name, business name, email address, phone number
• Billing data: Processed via Stripe. Albertastudio does not store raw payment card numbers.
• Usage data: Feature usage patterns, session logs, error reports (anonymized)
• User-generated content: Data entered into our platforms (field logs, project records, CRM entries) belongs exclusively to the client

Client as Data Controller: The subscribing organization is solely responsible for obtaining valid consent from its personnel, customers, and third parties prior to entering their personal information into any Albertastudio platform.

Albertastudio as Data Processor: Albertastudio acts solely as a technical service provider. We do not sell, rent, share, or monetize client data for any purpose, including advertising, research, or analytics.

• All client-server communications encrypted via HTTPS / TLS 1.3
• Row-Level Security (RLS) policies isolating organization records in shared database infrastructure
• Encryption at rest applied where supported by Firebase, Supabase, and Vercel hosting
• Authentication via secure token-based systems (JWT, Firebase Auth, Supabase Auth)

Under PIPA Alberta and PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent for data processing (subject to legal or contractual obligations)

Upon subscription termination, client data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Immediate deletion requests may be submitted to hello@albertastudio.dev.

Albertastudio uses the following sub-processors to deliver its services:

• Google Firebase / Firestore — database and authentication hosting
• Vercel — frontend hosting and edge delivery
• Supabase — PostgreSQL database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• Vapi / Zadarma — AI voice and telephony services (Buildric)

Each sub-processor operates under their own privacy and security certifications.
